Refunds
The company will issue a refund to customers in the following cases:
The company is unable to deliver the products as ordered by the customer. A full refund will be issued without any deduction.
Refund Processing Time
For payments made via credit card from commercial banks registered in Thailand, the refund will be credited back to the credit card used for payment. The process typically takes 15–20 business days, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the customer’s issuing bank.
For payments made via Internet Banking or Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made only to the bank account in the name and number used for the payment. The process typically takes 2–3 business days.
Cancellation Policy
When can an order be canceled?
Customers cannot cancel an order once the payment has been processed.
Product Return Policy
Returns
If the customer receives products that do not match the agreement with the company, with verifiable evidence showing the discrepancy.
If the products are damaged, defective, or incomplete due to manufacturing issues, and the customer wishes to return the products without exchanging them.
